About Michael
Michael is a native Californian. His six children have all grown up in Vista, and now his four grandchildren also call Vista their home. He is a very caring person, just ask any of the numerous patients he has treated over the past 29 years. He even does housecalls and goes that extra mile for each individual. As a member of the board of directors of the Vista Village Business Association, as well as a member of many other community organizations over the past 26 years,  Michael has demonstrated his leadership. He is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Vista and  received the coveted Hixon award for his outstanding community service. His warm humor and steady resolve will be a great asset to the Vista City Council.  His lovely wife of fourteen years, Vicki,  is also a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Vista and received the Kiwanian of the Year award in 1994 for her involvement in the community.  She has assisted in numerous other local events over the years. Michael will be hiring an Associate this summer to allow him to concentrate on what is needed for Vista and looks forward to representing you as a Vista City Council Member. Michael "Doc" Dinnel is your man to insure a quality future for Vista.
